Reply Desk was founded by Kunjar Bhaduri to solve three problems owner-run shops feel every week: calls that go unanswered, reviews that sit unanswered, and vendor bills that quietly grow. The company is based in Dallas-Fort Worth and serves shops in Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Irving, Arlington, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, and Grand Prairie.
How we work
- Every service starts with a free check. The actual work is shown before anything is paid.
- Nothing posts or sends without the shop's approval. Replies are drafted, not posted. Sequences are drafted, not sent.
- Pricing is flat and published. No per-minute billing, no per-call charges, no surprise bills.
- Work is done from public information and what the shop sends. No logins are ever needed.
