Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Reply Desk or DFW Phone Desk, including the free checks. If anything here is unclear, email us before you sign up.
Who we are
Reply Desk and DFW Phone Desk are run by Kunjar Bhaduri in Dallas, Texas. "We" and "us" mean Kunjar Bhaduri and the business he runs them through. "You" means the business that signs up and the person signing up for it.
The services
Reply Desk
We draft a reply to each new Google review on your business profile and send the drafts to you. You decide which ones to post and you post them. What goes up on your profile is your call and your responsibility.
DFW Phone Desk
DFW Phone Desk answers the calls you miss. You keep control of your own phone line and its settings.
Free checks
The free review-reply audit and the free missed-call check cost nothing and don't commit you to anything. We start either one only after you say yes by email, and we place the missed-call test calls only at times you pick.
Prices
DFW Phone Desk is $69/month for your first 3 months for signups through January 31, 2027, then $149/month. Reply Desk is $149 a month. Signups through January 31, 2027 are $99 a month for the first 3 months with code REPLYDESK99, then $149 a month. Two entry offers, a Review Reply Sprint and a 7-night DFW Phone Desk pilot, are $49 each, paid once, and each is credited in full toward your first month of the matching monthly plan if you start that plan. If Texas sales tax applies to a service, it's added at checkout.
Billing
Plans are month to month, billed in advance through Stripe starting on the day you sign up, and renew each month until you cancel. The $49 entry offers are one-time payments through Stripe.
If we change a price, we'll email current customers at least 30 days before the new price applies to them.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing us.
What we ask of you
- Give us accurate details about your business.
- Read each Reply Desk draft before you post it, and edit anything that isn't right for your shop.
- Don't ask us to write fake reviews or put a customer's private information in a reply, and don't offer customers anything in exchange for a review.
- If you run a health practice, don't send us patient information.
What we don't promise
We do the work described on this site with care, but we can't promise any change in your star rating, your reviews, your search ranking, your call volume or your sales. Google decides whether and when replies appear on your profile.
The FAQ and the guides on this site are general information, not legal advice.
Ending the service
We can stop providing a service if these terms are broken, with notice by email.
Texas law
These terms are governed by Texas law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For changes that affect current customers, we'll email them before the change applies.
