Is this a collections agency?
No. Invoice Desk sends polite payment reminders by email. We never threaten, never add fees, and never report anyone to a credit bureau or collector. If an invoice needs real collections, we will tell you so and hand it back.
What do you need from me?
Each week, the overdue list: customer name, customer email, amount, and due date. When one gets paid, tell us and we stop that sequence the same day.
What if the customer disputes the invoice?
We stop the sequence immediately and send you their message word for word. Disputes are yours to resolve; we are out of the way until you say otherwise.
