How do you contact my customers?
We call each customer once and follow up by email, introducing ourselves as calling on behalf of your shop. We ask whether they are still planning to do the work, and we take down any questions they have.
What if the customer asks about the price or the schedule?
We do not quote prices and we do not promise your schedule. We write down what they ask and send it to you the same business day, because only you can answer it.
Do you need access to my systems?
No. You email us the list of quiet estimates each week: customer name, what you estimated, and the date. That is the whole handoff.
What if an estimate is already dead?
Tell us and we stop that one the same day. If the customer says no, we thank them, log it, and move on. You get the full log every week.
