Savings Desk at a glance

  • No up-front fee. If the audit finds savings, we take 25% of the first year's savings. If it finds nothing, you pay nothing.
  • The free audit covers your vendor contracts, insurance declarations page, and recent utility bills, and arrives within 5 business days.
  • You confirm each finding in writing before anything is owed. We never contact your vendors and never change anything.
  • For owner-run shops in Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Irving, Arlington, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, and Grand Prairie.

Most owners sign vendor contracts, insurance renewals, and utility plans once and never look at them again. The audit looks at them line by line.

What we audit

Merchant processing

Card fees, monthly minimums, and equipment leases buried in your statements.

Utilities and telecom

Electric, gas, water, phone, and internet plans you outgrew years ago.

Everything recurring

Waste removal, uniforms, pest control, insurance, and any vendor contract that renews on its own.

Free savings audit

Email us your two most recent utility bills, your insurance declarations page, and any vendor contracts you can put your hands on. Send whichever bills you are comfortable sharing. You may redact account numbers before sending. We only need the line items and totals to find overcharges. Within 5 business days you get a one-page note. For each finding it shows the line it came from and the dollar amount per year.

We never contact your vendors, never change anything, and never share your numbers. Findings only. You decide what to do with them.

Price

On $10,000 a year of found savings, ours is $2,500, once. The audit is free, and you confirm each finding in writing before anything is owed. No confirmation, no fee.

A common model among cost-reduction firms is 40 to 50 percent of the savings found, collected for one to five years. P3 Cost Analysts splits savings 50/50 for 12 to 60 months. On the same $10,000 a year, a 50 percent share kept for three years comes to $15,000. Savings Desk takes 25 percent of the first year only, so the same savings cost $2,500, once.

Free audit

25% of first-year savings found. Nothing found, nothing paid.

You owe nothing until a saving shows up on your actual bill. If you approve a recommendation but never implement it, you owe nothing for it. If a saving appears and later disappears, tell us and we adjust.
