Answered calls, review replies, and bill audits for owner-run shops in Fort Worth

I'm Kunjar Bhaduri. I run Reply Desk, DFW Phone Desk, and Savings Desk from Dallas, and I serve owner-run shops across the metroplex, including Fort Worth. Everything happens by phone and email, so a shop on the Fort Worth side gets the same checks as one next door. Each desk starts with a free check, and none asks for a login or a card.

Most Fort Worth shops lose their best calls when they are least able to answer them: up on a ladder, under a house, inside an attic, in a crawl space. DFW Phone Desk starts with a free check of how your line handles those moments. After your written yes, I place 3 test calls to your main line at times you pick from a short list. If someone answers, I say right away that this is the test call you asked for, thank them, and hang up. I never pose as a customer and never ask for a quote. Within 1 business day of the third call you get a one-page note showing the time of each call, whether it was answered, how many rings before pickup, and what the voicemail told the caller. No recordings, no follow-up calls, and no login.

"Flat $149. No meter. Your best month costs the same as your slowest." Every competitor bills by the minute, the call, or the caller. Ruby charges $3.45 to $5.00 a minute, and Smith.ai charges $7 to $10 a call. Ours never moves with call volume. And the free check is proof first: you hold a one-page report on your own line before you pay anything.

DFW Phone Desk answers the calls you miss for $69/month for your first 3 months for signups through January 31, 2027, then $149/month.

Replies on your Google reviews

Reply Desk drafts a reply to each new Google review as it comes in. You post the ones you like. I never post anything myself. It starts with a free review-reply audit for one location: a count of how many of your newest 30 reviews have an owner reply, the ones that still need one with low stars and recent first, ready-to-paste reply drafts for up to 3, and one short suggestion for keeping up with new reviews. You get it within 2 business days. I work only from your public Google profile, so there is no login and nothing to install. The drafts never invent facts about a job and never argue with the reviewer.

"AI replies sound like AI. Yours will sound like you." The cheap AI tools run $10 to $25 a month and write like robots. The review software runs $75 to $599 a month and still makes you do the work. The agencies start at $500 a month. Nobody else writes owner-voice replies by hand at a flat $99 to $149 a month, and nobody does the work free first. You read 3 real drafts of your own reviews before you pay anything.

Reply Desk is $149 a month. Signups through January 31, 2027 are $99 a month for the first 3 months with code REPLYDESK99, then $149 a month.

A free audit of the monthly bills

Savings Desk looks at what your shop spends every month: vendor contracts, insurance, utility bills. Email me your two most recent utility bills, your insurance declarations page, and any vendor contracts you can put your hands on. Black out account numbers if you like. I only need the line items and totals. Within 5 business days you get a one-page note. For each finding it shows the line it came from and the dollar amount per year. I never contact your vendors, never change anything, and never share your numbers. Findings only, and you decide what to do with them.

"They take half your savings for years. I take a quarter of year one." The industry standard is 50 percent of savings for 12 to 60 months. On $10,000 a year of found savings, that is $5,000 a year for up to five years, or $25,000 total. Ours is $2,500, once. The audit is free, and you confirm each finding in writing before anything is owed. No confirmation, no fee.

Savings Desk has no up-front fee. If the audit finds savings, I take 25% of the first year's savings. If it finds nothing, you pay nothing. You confirm each finding in writing before anything is owed. No confirmation, no fee.
